{My Vision}

“Most people live in fear of some terrible event changing their lives, the death of a loved one or a serious illness. For the chronically ill, this terrible event has already happened, and we have been let in on an amazing secret: You survive. You adapt, and your life changes, but in the end you go on, with whatever compromises you have been forced to make, whatever losses you have been forced to endure. You learn to balance your fears with the simple truth that you must go on living.” (Jamie Weisman)

My name is Rebekah Lynn, and I am nineteen years old. I have had a long, hard battle with chronic illness. I am striving towards finding answers and achieving better, healthier days. I created this blog to share my story and to connect with others like myself.

I hope you are reminded, again and again, that even when it seems impossible to go on, it’s possible. You’re not alone.

Thank you for reading. 🙂

It’s time the world started looking closer into chronic illness. My health problems may be big, but my God is bigger.

  1. Thank you for such wise words! Your visit here is much appreciated, Rebekah…(also my daughter’s name!) Please return and tell a friend…

    ‘Dear Father, bless this young lady and tend to her needs. Keep her hopeful in you always, trusting in faith and heal her in accordance with your will…’ In Christ’s name, AMEN!
